This space is directly adjacent to the kitchen, and has an opening from the kitchen to serve tea & coffee etc.
Meadowood Community House is a modern community house. We have x4 rooms available for hire, all with heat pumps & blinds. Starting with our boardroom, then to our largest room - Moa Room, which is perfect for children's birthday parties, 21st parties, graduations or large family gatherings, or one of our zumba or breathing & stretching classes.
You can click on any of the BOOK NOW buttons below to make a tentative booking on our booking system and our house manager will then liaise with you for all of the correct paperwork and payment to confirm your booking.
We also have spaces available for daytime or evening classes and you can view our current timetable of classes under groups and classes page.

Space 3 is our largest space, the size of a hall. It also has access to the covered back porch & fenced playground and is a great size for birthdays, 21st etc.

Our boardroom comfortably seats up to 10 people.

The whole house is available for hire, which includes Space 1, 2 & 3 (no other bookings are made when the whole house is booked.)
EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE
NOTE:
- BONDS are refundable after the house manager has inspected the space of hireage & upon NO DAMAGE or cost incurred to the house
- Kitchen facilities (including crockery & cutlery), along with adults & childrens tables & chairs are available as part of your hireage
- A maximum of 80 people are a permitted in the house at any one time
The Meadowood Management Committee reserve the right to cancel any application for hireage
